3M 261X on a 3 mil film backing with aluminium oxide grain is available in grain sizes 0.3 - 3 - 5 - 9 - 12 - 30 microns. The products are available in either ASO or ASI versions. ASO=Abrasives Side Out, i.e. the grain side is wound outwards, ASI=Abrasives Side In, i.e. the grain side is wound inwards. The inner diameter of the core is 76.2 mm and has 4 driving grooves.

The high-quality, solvent-free modified acrylate adhesive from the 300 LSE series has been specially developed for applications where high initial tack and permanent adhesion are required on a wide variety of materials - especially on low-energy surfaces such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The adhesive films without carrier are covered on both sides with siliconised, easily removable protective papers with good processing properties, e.g. die-cutting properties. Different adhesive thicknesses are available for a wide range of applications. We recommend the types 9653 LE, 9671 LE and 9672 LE especially for the processing of back-printed labels, where a high degree of stability of the protective paper is required. The products in the 300 LSE adhesive series can be classified as permanent, low-temperature and special adhesives (PNS) (in accordance with DIN 30646).

The uniform structure of the 3M 984F impresses with the fastest sanding (up to 40% faster sanding processes) and maximum stock removal, especially when chamfering and stock removal sanding. The Cubitron II abrasive belt achieves 2 to 4 times the service life of other products. The even processing of the workpiece in combination with the integrated sanding aid ensures cool sanding and prevents stress cracks and discolouration.

The carrier film of this adhesive tape gives foams and other materials increased dimensional stability and also makes the tape easier to handle when cutting and punching. With a very high initial adhesion, the adhesive strength of the 3M 300LSE adhesive increases even further depending on time and temperature. The 3M double-sided adhesive tape 93015LE is a 150 µm thick, highly adhesive acrylate adhesive from the 300LSE series on a 107 µm thick, PE-coated protective paper.
