This makes the protective suit particularly permeable to water vapour, which has a positive effect on wearer comfort and the duration of wear. It offers protection against hazardous dusts (type 5), light liquid splashes (type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). Elasticated inserts at the hips, ankles and wrists ensure a comfortable fit and improved freedom of movement. The two-way zip with detachable flap offers additional protection. Its SMS material is low-linting. The 3M 4515WS / TYPE 5/6 protective suit is suitable for use in asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, storage work, light cleaning work, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning and machine maintenance. The premium reusable lightweight bonnet S-655 is a head piece for the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection system. It covers the head, face, neck and shoulders and provides eye and face protection in accordance with EN166 (protection against liquid splashes and flying particles with low impact energy). The premium reusable lightweight bonnet is an extremely cost-effective solution for environments with high disposal rates: When worn, only the contaminated outer bonnet is replaced, while the headgear and air supply can continue to be used.
