The lightweight, antistatic 3M protective suit 45452XL made of polyethylene is characterised by its high freedom of movement and excellent wearing comfort. Its material, propylene, is extremely resilient and extremely robust and low-linting thanks to the special layer combination of soft spunbond fibres and a polyethylene laminate film. Elasticated inserts at the hips and ankles ensure a comfortable fit. Its two-way zip with detachable flap offers additional protection. The coverall has an antistatic coating on both sides. The 3M 4545 coverall offers protection against hazardous dusts (type 5), light liquid splashes (type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). Its areas of application are asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning, machine maintenance, work in the pharmaceutical industry, paint spraying and coating as well as cleanroom applications. It has the size 2XL and the colour white. The protective suit is vacuum-packed for space-saving storage.

The 3M acetate fabric tape 11 is particularly suitable for covering spools. It is also very suitable for absorbing resins and paints. The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The G30CUR model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is red and equipped with a headband with pinnlock fastening system and PVC welding tape. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort, even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The slim, round shape reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor G3000 safety helmet also offers an advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing in trees: the interior can be rotated through 180° so that the safety helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck. Thanks to the special profile design, it is also easy to attach ear muffs or visors. Particularly practical: the patented 3M Peltor Uvicator sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The 3M splicing tape 9351AL is a splittable adhesive tape for flying roll changes with a straight butt joint when splicing. It is equipped with a double-sided coating of repulpable acrylic adhesive and an easily removable protective paper (also repulpable). Our 3M splicing tape for flying splices 9351AL (repulpable) has a protective cover with notch line for easy manual application as well as an integrated sensor layer (not repulpable, replaces conventional aluminium sensor labels in the splice area). The aluminium sensor integrated into the adhesive tape eliminates the need for the reflective label previously required for splice detection. The repulpable adhesives offer good shear strength for coldset newspaper printing as well as heatset commercial printing and have been developed especially for good adhesion to a variety of coated papers. The separable layer has been modified in favour of an overall lower splitting force and higher reliability of the splice seam when running on belt driven presses. This product can also be used on core driven presses.
