The 3M 4570 protective suit consists of a specially developed multi-layer, non-microporous PE laminate. This not only protects against biological hazards, liquid splashes, particles and liquid spray, but also against strong liquid jets (type 3B). It is also extremely low-linting and antistatic, making it possible to work cleanly, even overhead thanks to the thumb loops. Taped seams, a detachable flap at the neck, a bonded elasticated insert at the hip and elasticated cuffs at the wrists and ankles ensure a perfect seal. Two integrated zip flaps in combination with a double, colour-coded zip also offer reliable protection, while the three-layer hood ensures optimum compatibility with additional eye and breathing protection. The soft yet robust material is extremely quiet and guarantees a very high level of comfort. The protective suit is available in sizes S to 4XL.

It is made of a microporous material (PE laminate) on the front, which offers reliable protection and is also slightly breathable. A triangle of water vapour-permeable material (SMMMS) implemented on the back ensures increased comfort. This suit from the Premium programme can be used in a variety of ways and impresses with a number of details. It is characterised by elasticated inserts at the hips and ankles, which ensure a snug fit. Reinforced seams increase durability and the two-way zip with detachable flap offers additional protection. The 3M 5413 high temperature polyimide adhesive tape is designed for covering printed circuit boards during the soldering process and for other low and high temperature applications between -73 °C and 260 °C. This brown, 68.58 µm thick adhesive tape consists of a polyimide film with silicone adhesive. In addition, the roll core is made of polyethylene instead of cardboard. The high temperature resistance of the silicone adhesive reduces adhesive leakage, eliminating the need for cleaning and thus increasing productivity, and the polyimide adhesive tape is easy to remove from the surface as it does not soften at higher temperatures and retains its shape.
