3M 266X is self-adhesive (PSA) on a 3 mil film backing with aluminium oxide grain and is available in grain sizes 0.3 - 3 - 9 - 12 - 30 - 40 microns. It is a 3M Lapping Film type P, i.e. it has a harder bonding system and is used for hard materials.

The TYROLIT NATURAL FIBRE DISC is a new, unique abrasive disc that combines aggressiveness with high working comfort thanks to a ceramic grain. Maximum service life and an environmentally friendly jute fibre backing deliver top performance. An additional backing pad is not required as it is already integrated into the product. This natural fibre backing can be trimmed and is therefore superior to other discs in terms of service life. This saves the user time and enormous costs.

This pendulum surface grinding wheel ensures universal use on high-alloy steels and HSS. This is achieved through the use of special aluminium oxides and mixtures with sintered aluminium oxides combined with special bond systems. The highest cutting performance can be achieved with sintered aluminium oxide compounds such as 454A. The next higher quality level is the resin-bonded VIB-STAR CBN wheel from TYROLIT.

99015LVC is a double-sided adhesive tape with a non-woven paper backing and low VOC and FOG values that has been specially developed for use in vehicle interiors. It can be used to bond common foam materials such as PU ester foams and EPDM as well as other high and low energy substrates. The non-woven paper backing offers dimensional stability during lamination, easy handling during processing and excellent die-cutting properties. The tape is stronger than conventional transfer tapes, has a short-term temperature resistance of up to 200 °C and is suitable for most demanding applications. The tape has been specially developed to meet the requirements of vehicle manufacturers and suppliers with regard to the JAMA and VDA-278 standard.
