3M 5451 and 5453 are PTFE-coated glass fibre adhesive tapes with a resilient silicone adhesive. These adhesive tapes have very good sliding properties, a very good non-stick effect and a high thermal and mechanical load capacity. Adhesive tape for coating plastic film welding equipment and as a sliding coating with high mechanical strength and an adhesive-repellent surface.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. The 3M Scotchcast 92-NBA series cast resin connector set is designed for one to five-core, unshielded low-voltage plastic cables. It ensures the electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable connections. The SVHC-free premium connection set, tested in accordance with EN 50393, can be used indoors and outdoors as well as in the ground or under water. The transparent, one-piece moulded shell can be folded up in no time at all and closes by automatically snapping into place. Pre-moulded, perforated foam seals are also used. This eliminates the previously time-consuming use of saws and adhesive tape for a tight seal.
