3M 5451 and 5453 are PTFE-coated glass fibre adhesive tapes with a resilient silicone adhesive. These adhesive tapes have very good sliding properties, a very good non-stick effect and a high thermal and mechanical load capacity. Adhesive tape for coating plastic film welding equipment and as a sliding coating with high mechanical strength and an adhesive-repellent surface.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
