The 3M 91-AH N series heat-shrink connection set is suitable for all unshielded, non-armoured cables with PVC or XLPE conductor insulation in the low voltage range up to 0.6/1kV. It can be used for both outdoor and underground applications. It has been developed and approved for compression connectors in accordance with DIN V 47640. The heat-shrink connection set consists of a thick-walled, hot-melt adhesive-coated outer hose and four or five hot-melt adhesive-coated inner hoses. Crimp connectors are not included in the scope of delivery. Due to its good resistance to chemicals and alkalis, it guarantees a high level of mechanical protection for the connection. It is UV-resistant and offers excellent moisture protection. The halogen-free connector set has good insulating properties and is therefore suitable for use in electrical installations, in industry and by energy supply companies. It is quick and easy to install - even in confined spaces thanks to its slimline design.
