The 3M medium voltage termination Quick Term II of the 93-EB series fulfils the requirements of DIN VDE 0278 Part 628 and Part 629.1 for indoor and outdoor applications and is suitable for all VDE and TGL plastic-insulated 6/10-kilovolt and 12/20-kilovolt cables with one or three conductors. The one-piece cold shrink termination with integrated refractive field control ensures permanent radial contact pressure. It is tracking-resistant and made of weather-resistant HTV silicone rubber. It therefore provides moisture-resistant insulation and is particularly suitable for use in non-air-conditioned rooms and outdoors. The quick and easy installation by pulling out the support spiral enables reliable installation of the narrow end cap even without special tools, such as a shrink torch. The scope of delivery includes all the components required for installation, but no cable lugs. Robust and reliable - weather-resistant cold-shrink termination for indoor and outdoor installations.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
