In just three simple steps, you can replace a nozzle head on the corresponding 3M Accuspray gun and have a completely clean device in your hand in just 30 seconds. Together with the 3M PPS cup system, a material change is possible within a very short time and time-consuming cleaning of the filler gun is a thing of the past. So every application feels like using a brand new spray gun. Thanks to the optimised spray jet of the nozzle heads and the gun's modern HVLP technology, you achieve a smooth filler surface, an ideal layer thickness and significantly less spray mist during application. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
