The 2.0 mm nozzle heads are normally used with our 3M Accuspray HGP spray gun, which is specially designed for the application of high volume, high viscosity fluids. Use these heads for the application of gelcoat coatings, adhesives, primers, thick film primers and speciality and sound deadening coatings. The 3M PPS kits with lids and inner cups (first version not compatible with 3M PPS series 2.0 items) each contain 50 (or 75) disposable lids, 50 inner cups and 24 caps specifically for use with the 3M PPS paint application system. Each 3M PPS lid has an integrated filter that ensures optimum filtration of the paint during application. Choose from lids with 125 µ filters, often recommended for waterborne paints, or 200 µ filters for traditional solvent-based paints. Always consult your paint manufacturer to use the recommended filter for the specific paint.
