Thanks to the unique design, the goggles fit particularly snugly and can be easily folded up between the helmet shell and the interior if required. The temples have several joints for customised adjustment. The anti-scratch coating protects the goggles from scratches and makes them particularly durable. At the same time, the anti-fog coating prevents fogging and ensures additional safety.

The 3M Peltor G3000 head protection combination is optimised for the special requirements of forestry and offers effective protection for the head, face and hearing. The 3MO315J combination is orange and includes the 3M Peltor H31P3E earmuffs with an attenuation value of SNR=28dB(A) and the 5J mesh visor made of etched stainless steel in addition to the G3000 safety helmet. The safety helmet made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic has a headband with ratchet fastener for quick and precise size adjustment and a soft leather sweatband. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slits. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures an exceptionally high level of comfort even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The slim, round shape also reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor G3000 safety helmet also offers an advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing in trees: the interior can be rotated through 180° so that the safety helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck. Particularly practical: the patented 3M Peltor Uvicator sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The 3M mesh visor made of etched stainless steel is extremely robust, safe and very stable. The high-quality sweat leather is easy to replace if necessary and ensures maximum hygiene. The G500 industrial combination is a versatile and comfortable solution for wearers who need both face and hearing protection. The special design of the head mount allows it to be combined with other 3M safety products such as protective visors, passive earmuffs or hearing protection headsets and integrated eye protection.

The 3M Peltor V5 bracket was specially developed to attach the 3M face visors of the 5 series to the Peltor safety helmets G2000 and G3000. The V5 bracket therefore ensures optimum compatibility between 3M Peltor head and face protection products.
