Reduce heat and moisture build-up in your half-mask respirator with the 3M Cool Flow Fan 10691. It is an innovative ventilation accessory for the maintenance-free and ready-to-use 3M half masks 06941+ and 06942+ and helps you to reduce heat and moisture build-up during long work shifts. Our Cool Flow Fan provides a pleasant cooling sensation on the face during work and thus offers additional wearing comfort without compromising on respiratory protection. It attaches easily and securely to the front of the mask and has a control button to regulate the airflow.
