The new Cubitron II 947A sanding belts are characterised by the usual durability and speed of Cubitron II products. They produce a uniform sanding pattern without tarnishing colours. Thanks to the new grit mixture on an X-fabric backing, 947A belts are more flexible than previous Cubitron II belts. They are particularly suitable for hand-held machines at medium to low pressure. With the new 120+ grit, for the first time we are offering you the option of using Cubitron II for finer applications with higher finishing requirements.

Get a fast and even cut for numerous applications with the 3M Silver cutting disc. It cuts quickly through metal tubes, sleeves, flat sheets and other workpieces. The disc contains our precision grain, which has continuously sharp cutting edges, so it cuts through the material rather than scraping or ploughing through it like conventional abrasive grains. This results in a significantly longer service life than conventional abrasives with ceramic grit and a consistently stable high cutting rate over the service life. The disc must be used with an angle grinder or cut-off machine (available separately) and should always be used with a protective cover for safety reasons. The maximum speed of the disc must be greater than or equal to the maximum speed of the angle grinder.

The 3M Scotch-Weld epoxy resin adhesive DP460NS is a non-flowing, viscoplastic 2-component construction adhesive with a 2:1 mixing ratio. Its working time is 60 minutes and it reaches handling strength after approximately four hours. This product ensures increased, permanent adhesive strength on many surfaces. The 3M™ Scotch-Weld DP460NS epoxy resin adhesive is characterised by excellent shear and peel strength as well as good impact resistance. It is suitable for bonding numerous surfaces such as ceramics, metal, glass, wood and some plastics. During preparation and application, the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP460NS epoxy resin adhesive is characterised by its simple and uncomplicated handling. Simply mix the components in a volume ratio of 2:1 and then apply the adhesive according to the instructions for use to ensure a strong and durable bond. The components mix easily and the 60-minute working time gives users plenty of time to reposition the bonded surfaces before achieving a long-lasting, age-resistant bond.
