tesa ACXplus 7074 is an acrylic foam adhesive tape. Due to its unique composition, the tape has very good temperature resistance combined with excellent cold shock resistance. The product is particularly suitable for structural bonding in outdoor areas, especially in combination with the tesa Adhesion Promoter. A foamed viscoelastic acrylate core allows the tape to compensate for the different thermal expansion of dissimilar materials.

The FPCs pre-assembled with 3M 9077 can be inserted into the lead-free soldering process (peak temperature 260°C, 20 sec.). The protective cover remains largely undamaged and can be easily removed. The acrylate adhesive film 9077 has good peel strength even at high temperatures. Due to the carrier material, this adhesive tape also has excellent punchability. The low outgassing of the adhesive minimises contamination of electronic components.

It consists of a polyester film coated with glass fibres and a synthetic rubber adhesive system. tesa 4591 is characterised by its high tensile strength and strong adhesion to various surfaces. The adhesive tape is resistant to minor damage (e.g. cuts) and offers strong tear resistance. Thanks to its backing material, it offers excellent longitudinal and transverse stability as well as strong tear resistance.
