The 3M Diamond Grade DG³ reflective film with the latest 3M technology utilises cat's eye optics to maximise the amount of light reflected back to the driver. Suitable for all traffic situations in and out of town and on motorways, DG³ reflective film offers very wide viewing angles and outstanding performance at all distances and in all weather conditions. Signs are very easy to recognise even in difficult visibility conditions on roads at night. 3M Diamond Grade DG³ Reflective Film Series 4000 is approved for the production of traffic signs in accordance with the European Technical Approval (ETA). 3M thermally conductive adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 were developed to achieve optimum heat transfer between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. The adhesive tapes consist of an acrylic adhesive film filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles. Optimum adhesion to many different substrates is achieved without heat curing. A simple application of pressure is sufficient to create a bond including a thermal bridge. Due to their special chemical composition, adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 are relatively soft and able to wet many surfaces. The special acrylate adhesive of adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 has excellent thermal stability. The thermally conductive adhesive tapes have two protective covers made of silicone-treated polyester. They are therefore easy to handle and easy to die-cut. The adhesive tapes offer excellent wetting and flow properties on many different surfaces. They also impress with good thermal conductivity and good electrical insulating properties. 3M Thermally Conductive Adhesive Film is designed to create a preferential thermal conductive path between components with high heat dissipation and heat sinks or other cooling devices (e.g. fans, heat spreaders or heat pipes).
