The 3M 90775 is a double-sided fabric carrier adhesive tape with a highly adhesive, pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive. This adhesive tape is protected by a white, PE-coated protective paper.

Properties

90775 has excellent immediate adhesion and final tack on many different surfaces, including low-energy plastics.
The non-woven backing of this tape ensures dimensional stability and also facilitates die-cutting.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
