The double-sided adhesive tape 3M 415 is equipped with a film carrier and acrylate adhesive. The 0.1 mm thick product, which is temperature-resistant up to +65°C (+85°C for short periods), is characterised by its high instant adhesion and good shear strength. 3M 415 is designed for bonding to a wide variety of substrates such as metal, paint, most plastics, paper, cardboard, wood, glass, etc.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
