The carrier film of this adhesive tape gives foams and other materials increased dimensional stability and also makes the tape easier to handle when cutting and punching. With a very high initial tack, the adhesive strength of the 3M 300LSE adhesive increases even further depending on time and temperature. 120 µm thick, transparent polyester backing with a 95 µm thick 300LSE series adhesive layer on each side. 110 µm thick, PE-coated, light brown protective paper.

The 3M MDT-A heat-shrinkable tubing is a halogen-free, medium-walled heat-shrinkable tubing made of radiation cross-linked polyolefin with a hot-melt adhesive coating. The hot-melt adhesive penetrates into all uneven areas and cavities and prevents the ingress of moisture. The 3M MDT-A heat-shrinkable tubing is suitable for insulating plastic and earth cables up to 0.6/1kV, both for installation in the open air and in the ground.
