3M Dual Lock is a self-adhesive, flexible pressure seal in roll form. The patented system consists of black polyolefin strips with hemispherical heads on a short stem. Pressing them together creates a firm but removable connection. In contrast to conventional fastening systems such as screws or rivets, no holes are required which would detract from the visual appearance of the surface. The synthetic rubber adhesive is characterised by high instant adhesion and is suitable for low-energy surfaces such as PP, PE and powder-coated materials.
