3M ACF 7303 ist ein Epoxy / Acrylat-Mischklebstoffsystem, das mit silberbeschichteten Glasperlen von 43 Mikron gefüllt ist. Es ist bei Raumtemperatur leicht klebrig und härtet bei mäßiger Bindungstemperatur und -druck aus.

Der nicht gebundene Film ist bei Raumtemperatur leicht klebrig und besteht aus einer duroplastischen Epoxy / Acrylat- Klebstoffmasse die mit zufällig verteilten leitenden Partikeln versetzt ist. Die Partikel ermöglichen die Verbindung von Leiterbahnen durch den Klebstoff hindurch, sind jedoch so weit voneinander entfernt, dass das Produkt in der Ebene des Klebstoffs elektrisch isolierend ist. Diese leitenden Partikel werden für Kupferbahnen bevorzugt da sie für eine gute elektrische Verbindung sorgen. 3M ACF 7303 kann zum Verbinden einer flexiblen Leiterplatte mit einer anderen flexiblen Leiterplatte oder einer Leiterplatte verwendet werden.

The 3M cable lubricant Lub-P is especially suitable for use in the energy supply and industrial sectors. Due to its special consistency, it forms a secure lubricating film on the cable sheath, even on heavy cables. It can be applied either by hand or by injection or pumping. Lub-P facilitates the pulling through and laying of cables and wires by reducing friction. Signs of wear are significantly reduced - both on the cables and on the equipment used. This effectively prevents cable sheath damage and also prevents cables from becoming tangled or getting stuck. It is therefore particularly recommended for long and winding cable runs. The transparent, water-based cable lubricant can be wiped off easily and cleanly if necessary. Neither silicone nor grease residues make it difficult to work on the cables.
