The simple and quick solution for maintaining consistently high fat quality, as it can be tested during operation at temperatures of up to approx. 180°C. The 3M fat test strip is a rapid test for determining fat quality by measuring free fatty acids. This rapid test is suitable for use with the same fat and the same fried food. The result can be easily read off in approx. 15 - 30 seconds by means of a colour change.
