The 3M Hookit interface pad is a soft foam intermediate layer for processing critical surfaces in conjunction with a Hookit backing pad, which prevents sanding through. The use of the pad produces a particularly fine surface finish. This makes it an excellent addition to the final sanding process.

3M 9713 is a double-sided, isotropically electrically conductive adhesive film that is conductive both vertically (Z-axis) and horizontally (X-Y plane). It is characterised by good adhesive strength and good electrical conductivity.

Scotch-Brite SC-DH fleece discs with centring enable even better adhesion and more precise positioning of the hook and loop disc on the backing pad. This can reduce vibration by up to 50 %. These discs are ideal for cleaning and finishing work. They are used on angle grinders with the appropriate backing pad.

Fibre discs offer a very simple and quick way to remove material. A low level of vibration ensures comfortable working. This fibre disc was designed for steel and is based on a mixture of zirconium corundum. This fibre disc is available in our range in grit sizes 24 to 120.

The 3M Accuspray nozzle head for the PPS 2.0 series ensures excellent atomisation for a wide range of coatings and is an integral part of the 3M Accuspray spray gun system. These interchangeable, reusable nozzle heads are available in a range of sizes for optimum atomisation whether you are applying low viscosity coatings such as water-based materials, solvent-based paints or higher viscosity coatings. The 3M Accuspray nozzle head for the 3M PPS 2.0 series is available in 3 colour-coded sizes: The 1.4 mm nozzle heads guarantee fine atomisation with minimal spray mist, making them ideal for lower viscosity paints such as sealing lacquers, varnishes, top coats and light adhesives in the automotive industry. The interchangeable 1.8 mm nozzle heads are ideal for medium to high viscosity coatings such as paints and adhesives in the automotive industry. The 2.0 mm nozzle heads are normally used with our 3M Accuspray HGP spray gun, which is specially designed for the application of high volume, high viscosity fluids. Use these heads for the application of gelcoat coatings, adhesives, primers, thick film primers and speciality and sound deadening coatings. Other benefits include less primer required, shorter application and cleaning times and a better finish, reducing sanding time. Only compatible with the 3M PPS 2.0 series.

3M 9703 is a dry transferable, double-sided adhesive film. 3M 9703 is electrically conductive in Z-axis and has good insulation in X- and Y-axis. The electrical conductivity is achieved by silver-coated nickel particles arranged in the Z-axis. These do not react in a magnetic field and are not affected in their alignment by vibration. The adhesive film connects flexible circuits with a medium distance electrically and mechanically to other flexible circuits, rigid printed circuit boards (PCB) or LCD screens. The electrically conductive film 9703 offers good adhesion to common PCB substrates such as copper, gold, FR 4 epoxy, polyimide and polyester films. Stable electrical performance in any flexible circuit interconnect application may require mechanical reinforcement (clamping).
