3M 734 is a water-resistant sanding tool developed for the paint and plastics sector with very easy-to-cut silicon carbide. The coarse grit range has been spread on a C-paper backing, the fine grit range on a flexible A-paper. It is ideally suited for machine or hand sanding.

The coloured buffers adapt perfectly to the colour of your devices, surfaces and applications, e.g. as non-slip device feet or as spacers, e.g. on wood. Standard colours: black, white, grey, brown. Standard shapes: round, square, rectangular, hexagonal.

tesakrepp 4330 is a wet-strength and particularly heat-resistant paper masking tape with high tear resistance. The slightly creped, thin backing enables particularly flat paint edges. The paint and filler adhesion is excellent.

The 3M Scotchcast 92-NA U series cast resin bonding set is characterised by its flame resistance in accordance with UL 94-V0 (3 mm). It also has increased chemical resistance to hydrocarbonates. This makes it particularly suitable for use in heavy industry (mining and industry). It is designed for one to five-core, non-armoured low-voltage plastic cables and ensures the electrical insulation and mechanical protection of both compression and screw connectors. The SVHC-free connection set, tested in accordance with EN 50393, can be used indoors and outdoors as well as in the ground or under water. The two-part moulded shell can be folded up in no time at all and closes by automatically snapping into place. It is made of transparent, pink-coloured plastic and thus enables both marking and easy checking of the connector spacing in the socket. The Scotch 23 self-sealing rubber tape ensures optimum sealing of the fitting. A GMG system (closed mixing and pouring) is used when pouring the 3M Scotchcast 1402 FR casting resin, which is also included in the scope of delivery and is flame-retardant. This practically eliminates contact with the casting resin during processing. The transparent mixing bag guarantees visual control of the mixing process. After use, the mixing bag can be disposed of with the cured casting resin residue as normal household waste. Disposal as hazardous waste is not necessary. Flame-retardant and chemically resistant: The cast resin joint set for one to five-core, non-armoured low-voltage cables meets the high requirements of mining and industry.

Fibre discs offer a very simple and quick way to remove material. A low level of vibration ensures comfortable working. This fibre disc was designed for universal use and is based on a mixture of aluminium oxide. This fibre disc is available in our range in grit sizes 16 to 120.

The 3M 987C fibre disc uses a binder additive that reduces the grinding temperature (grinding aid). The resulting cooler grinding sets new standards, particularly with poorly thermally conductive stainless steels, nickel alloys and titanium. The tarnishing behaviour of the grinding surface is greatly delayed during the work process. The resulting increase in the service life of the grinding wheel and the significantly reduced machining time also increase the cost potential.
