Manual pressure system with spring-loaded and secured roller, which is unlocked when the set contact pressure is reached. A reproducible minimum contact pressure (basic setting=80 N/cm²) is guaranteed by the defined pressure transmission with the MR3 pressure roller. This allows attachments to be pressed on reproducibly and reliably and ensures sufficient wetting of the adhesive tape to the substrate.

Functional description: 1. the 3M manual pressure roller is inserted into the holder with the handle side and fixed in place with a clamp connection. 2. a hand crank is used to move the counter roller with the force measuring device onto the pressure roller until both rollers can be twisted. (Alternatively, the length measuring unit can also be adjusted to a fixed dimension). 3. The required force can then be read on the digital display of the pressure force gauge.
