The 3M Aura respirator 9422+ was developed especially for the requirements of food processing. In the food industry, both the safety of employees and the protection of products are of great importance. The high-performance particle mask is characterised by its advanced filter technology for barely noticeable breathing resistance and enables high and reliable filtration of fine dusts. Due to its special requirements, it was designed without detachable small parts. It is clasp-free and its internal, adjustable nose clip is securely enclosed within the mask. Its high recognisability also provides the necessary protection for the processed products. The integrated metal nose clip can be detected using a metal detector. Its blue contrasting colour, which stands out clearly from food colours, is used for visual inspection. The three-part design of the mask offers further advantages: on the one hand, it provides more comfort and makes it easier to speak, and on the other hand, the mask can be folded flat and is therefore practical to take with you. The special design of the nose area is also ideal, as it adapts perfectly to the shape of the wearer's face. The chin strap makes it easy to position the mask, ensuring a good fit and a secure seal. The sealing points on the top of the mask reduce the fogging of glasses - especially in conjunction with its 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve. The 3M Aura respirator 9422+ is hygienically individually packaged and has protection level FFP2 NR D. The application limit is 10 times the limit value for particles. It is primarily used in the food industry, for example in the production of baked goods, cereal products or fish. Approval in accordance with standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009.
