3M 618 is an excellent lacquer sanding tool on A-paper backing. Its open silicon carbide grit scattering and dust-repellent coating prevent premature clogging. It can be used both by hand and on orbital sanders.

Scotch Fabric Tape 9545N is a high-performance, impregnated fabric tape with a matt PVC surface coating that guarantees long-lasting, clean results. The matt impregnation offers water-repellent protection and still gives the fabric a pleasantly flexible feel. This makes it easy to write on with a ballpoint or felt-tip pen without smudging. The rubber adhesive has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. At the same time, the fabric tape can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue. The adhesive tape is easy to unroll and although it is very tear-resistant along its length, it is very easy to tear off crosswise by hand. It is therefore ideal for use as labelling tape, as adhesive tape for bundling cables, for labelling lines, for marking danger zones or for permanent or temporary fastenings. It is resistant to temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 90 °C. The adhesive tape is easy to unroll and although it is very tear-resistant along its length, it is very easy to tear off crosswise by hand. It is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is flame retardant. 3M Temflex 155 tape offers good mechanical protection with minimal bulk and is Type 1 classified according to IEC 60454-3-1-1/F-PVCP/60. Temflex 155 vinyl insulating tape is based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or its copolymers and has a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. The tape is 0.13 mm thick, tested in accordance with UL standard 510 and labelled as "flame retardant". 3M thermally conductive adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 were developed to achieve optimum heat transfer between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. The adhesive tapes consist of an acrylic adhesive film filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles. Optimum adhesion to many different substrates is achieved without heat curing. A simple application of pressure is sufficient to create a bond including a thermal bridge. Due to their special chemical composition, adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 are relatively soft and able to wet many surfaces. The special acrylate adhesive of adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 has excellent thermal stability. The thermally conductive adhesive tapes have two protective covers made of silicone-treated polyester. They are therefore easy to handle and easy to die-cut. The adhesive tapes offer excellent wetting and flow properties on many different surfaces.
