The Scotch-Brite CP-UW compact disc is made of compressed "Cut & Polish" fibre fleece with a very high abrasive grain density, which produces a distinctive, matt and reproducible finish. This material adapts ideally to the workpiece and is available in various dimensions, widths and hardnesses. This product can be used on both hand-held and stationary machines.

The Scotch-Brite Deburr and Finish PRO compact deburring and finishing disc uses precision-moulded 3M grains bonded to a nylon cloth to deliver increased performance and life for deburring and finishing applications. Our pressed compact discs are soft but as wear resistant as iron to minimise disc changes.
Use the Scotch-Brite PRO compact disc for high grinding performance and long service life in deburring and finishing work. Our smooth-running pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, but as strong and wear-resistant as iron and therefore need to be replaced less frequently. They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.
The Scotch-Brite EXL pressed compact disc XL-UW is a pressed fibre fleece material that combines the best finishing properties with aggressiveness and a long service life. Thanks to its spring effect and flexibility, the material adapts ideally to any workpiece, does not change the geometry of the workpiece and also ensures reduced vibrations and improved user ergonomics during the application process.
