The TYROLIT FAST CHANGE enables very quick disc changes thanks to the Velcro fastener. A unique strong paper backing combined with zirconium results in a very aggressive and durable product. Active coolants also ensure cool and clean grinding on the workpiece. Thanks to the thin 40 grit fibre backing and strong paper backing, the TFC is the ideal tool for removing smaller weld and spot weld seams.

The constant wear pattern over the entire service life enables a consistently high-quality surface finish. The range offers products for removing welding marks, scratches or oxidation residues as well as for pre-treatment of surfaces.

Flexible fabric with polyisobutylene adhesive. Designed as an "adhesive tape" for medium-term protection of painted surfaces. The tape can be applied to the still-warm bumper without impairing the quality of the paintwork. Plasticisers and residual solvents can diffuse through the breathable fabric.

Rings for surface grinding consist of a highly porous ceramic bond with a grain size of 46 or a synthetic resin bond with a grain size of 60. They are primarily suitable for high-alloy steels and HSS and fulfil the highest surface requirements. Slip rings with a high stock removal rate are required for paper and planer knives in particular. Please note that resin-bonded slip rings only have limited resistance to coolant.

The 3M Adflo blower unit is respiratory protective equipment which, in combination with an approved headpiece, provides the user with a high level of protection and comfort during welding and related activities. The blower unit has a particle filter, a spark arrester, a pre-filter and a 5-stage filter saturation indicator that shows the user the status of the particle filter. Optional gas filters offer additional protection against common gases and vapours that can occur during welding. Furthermore, an optional odour protection filter can be used to protect the user from unpleasant odours. The blower unit has an automatic air flow control which ensures that the air flow to the head section is always constant. Integrated electronics permanently monitor the battery power and the air flow and immediately trigger a visual and audible alarm if the level falls below set limits. There is a choice of two Li-ion batteries, a standard and a high-performance battery. The unit also has an altitude calibration function that automatically adjusts the function of the device to the respective altitude above sea level. The Adflo blower respiratory protection system draws in the polluted ambient air, passes it through the respective filters and then directs the purified air into the head section via an air hose. Accessory for 3M Adflo blower respiratory protection system. Choose this hose if you are using the 3M Adflo blower system with a gas filter. This is the successor to the 834008 hose, which had an old bayonet connection. If you use this hose with a 9000 series helmet with bayonet connection, you will need the 533506 adapter.
