Thanks to the superior tesa® adhesive technology and an adhesive performance of up to 10 kg per 10 cm of tape, it is able to provide a permanently secure hold even for objects with a higher weight. With tesa Powerbond® Ultra Strong you can work quickly, cleanly and avoid damage such as drill holes in the substrate. Better bonding than drilling! GOOD TO KNOW ... OUR APPLICATION TIPS:   - APPLYING: In order for the mounting tape to develop its full holding power, the object and substrate must be free of dust, dirt and grease. A brush, a lint-free cloth and a silicone-free cleaner (or white spirit) are suitable for cleaning. - Check whether the surface or the object is rough. Apply the mounting tape to the rougher surface first. - Apply the tape in vertical strips over the full length of the object or surface. Reinforce the upper area with shorter strips, as this is where the greatest load is applied. Press the mounting tape down firmly for at least five seconds. - Remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesive tape and take care not to touch the open adhesive surface. This could impair the adhesive strength. - Fix the object and press firmly again for at least five seconds. -REMOVE: As the mounting tapes are intended for permanent use, material residue may remain on the object. Try to remove the residue with tesa® adhesive remover. To ensure that the substrate remains as undamaged as possible, carefully pull the mounting tape parallel to the wall

The PREMIUM 1F80 high-performance grinding disc is particularly suitable for universal grinding tasks in hard-to-reach areas. This disc can be used to create grooves and notches and to deburr gears. Furthermore, the maintenance of turbine blades, the roughing of curved surfaces in cavities and ribbing are also no problem. For diameters over 80 mm, we recommend the use of a protective cover.

The 3M polyimide film 1205 is characterised above all by its extreme temperature resistance and very good dielectric properties. In conjunction with a solvent-resistant acrylate adhesive, it forms a powerful combination of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties, which remain stable in a temperature range of -40 °C to +155 °C. This means that the insulating tape belongs to insulating material class F. The 0.076 millimetre thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 7,500 volts and is flame-retardant in accordance with UL 510, making the polyimide film particularly suitable for applications where it is exposed to high temperature fluctuations, especially for masking contacts when soldering circuit boards. As it is printable, it can also be used for cable bundling and labelling, among other things.

3M 9528 double-sided adhesive tapes with polyethylene foam backing are equipped with a rubber-resin adhesive. These tapes offer a powerful combination of very high initial tack and high shear strength. Further characteristics are determined by the foam carrier. This can - within certain limits - bridge unevenness and tolerances and also has a vibration-damping effect. These adhesive tapes are used for permanent fastening or mounting, e.g. of holders, hooks, emblems, signs, mouldings, panelling and components, in many industrial applications. They are also used in the advertising and decoration sector for attaching displays and decorative parts. 3M 9528 are particularly suitable for low-energy surfaces such as PP and PE.
