3M HVLP high-performance nozzle heads for gravity feed cups offer first-class spraying performance for coatings such as lacquers, clear coats and top coats. Replaceable nozzles have been specially developed for gravity feed applications. These are used with the 3M high performance spray gun system and the 3M PPS 2.0 paint processing system and provide spray performance comparable to a brand new unit every time the nozzle is changed.   What makes the 3M high-performance spray gun system so unique is the technology of the interchangeable quick-change nozzles. Since paints and coatings only pass through the nozzle head and not the entire body of the spray gun, you get the performance of a brand new spray gun every time you replace the nozzle. The 3M HVLP high performance nozzle heads for flow cups are available in 0.9, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 sizes for a wide range of industrial and automotive coatings. These include high-viscosity coatings, sprayable levelling compounds, thick-film fillers, primers, sealants, 1K top coats, solvent-based and water-based paints and clear coats. The interchangeable nozzles are designed exclusively for the 3M PPS 2.0 paint processing system, which reduces material waste, dirt and contamination compared to conventional metal paint cup systems. Soaking the spray gun in solvent is now a thing of the past. Our integrated complete system enables you to clean more intelligently. The nozzle heads are attached to the needle of the 3M™ high-performance spray gun and securely mounted with a specially designed locking ring. No additional tools are required for replacement. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun and either clean the fluid tip or replace the nozzle to get your spray gun working like new again.

The 3M flap disc 577F is a universal disc for metalworking. It is particularly suitable for applications with increased pressure thanks to its robust polyester backing. The integrated grinding aid ensures cool grinding on stainless steel.
