The Scotch masking tape 3030 impresses with its universal applicability for almost all vehicle painting processes. It should only not be used for wet sanding work due to its limited resistance to water. Thanks to its good adhesion to many substrates and its high contour stability, the flat creped masking tape ensures quick and easy masking for all other applications, producing precise paint edges. After application, the tape can be removed in one piece without leaving any residue, but should not be left on the vehicle for too long.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
