3M Scotch-Weld 2-component acrylic-based construction adhesive for the EPX System DP 810, green, 48.5 ml

3M Scotch-Weld 2-component construction adhesives are processed with the EPX system: dosing - mixing - application takes place in just one work step. The actual construction adhesive is created within the mixing nozzle for 48.5 ml cartridges through the chemical reaction of both components.

S-K-S manual processing device was developed for processing 38 ml to 50 ml cartridges. With the EPX system, the adhesive is dispensed, mixed and applied to the materials to be bonded. The choice of mixing nozzle and feed piston depends on the adhesive. The manual application device enables mobile and independent bonding and also includes the 2:1 & 10:1 feed piston. The processing of 1:1 cartridges is possible with the 2:1.

The cutter knife consists of a metal housing. The knife handle is ergonomically shaped and sits securely in the hand thanks to its non-slip surface.

The 3M Aura 9322+ folding mask allows you to breathe almost effortlessly and is extremely comfortable to wear. It combines the advantages of 3M Electret filter technology with those of the new advanced technology for barely perceptible breathing resistance with reliable filter performance. The average inhalation resistance of 68% is significantly lower than the maximum permissible value of EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Two further advantages of the mask lie in its three-part design: on the one hand, it leads to greater comfort and problem-free speaking, and on the other hand, the mask can be folded flat and is therefore practical to take with you. The special design of the nose area is also ideal, as it adapts perfectly to the shape of the wearer's face. The chin strap allows the mask to be easily positioned, ensuring a good fit and a secure seal. The 3M Aura respirator 9322+ is hygienically individually packaged and has protection level FFP2 NR D. The application limit is 10 times the limit value for particles. It is used in the construction industry, in agriculture, in quarries, in the clay and ceramics industry, in iron and steel foundries, in the chemical industry, in metalworking and processing, in the pharmaceutical industry and in construction. Approval according to standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009.

Scotch Masking Tape 3434 is the solution for all problematic bonding during the vehicle painting process. It has extremely good adhesive strength even on critical substrates such as plastic, rubber and textured surfaces. Nevertheless, it can be removed in one piece without leaving any residue after use. Thanks to its high resistance to water and  solvents, it can be used for almost all painting work. It does not lift even after repeated curing and is therefore suitable for repeated drying cycles. Its good elasticity and adaptability ensure easy masking with excellent results.
