3M Scotch-Weld DP190 is a flexible 2-component construction adhesive based on epoxy resin for the EPX system. The product with a long working time achieves high peel strength and is characterised by good levelling properties as well as its simple and fast processing. Scotch-Weld DP 190 is UL-specified and has been developed for bonding metals such as steel, aluminium, copper, plastics such as ABS, GRP, PC, rubber and other materials.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. The 3M adhesive films 9471 LE and 9472 LE are double-sided, highly transparent, clear adhesive tapes made of modified acrylate adhesive. Even with low contact pressure, a high initial tack is achieved on most surfaces. Scotch Fabric Tape 9545N is a high-performance, impregnated fabric tape with a matt PVC surface coating that guarantees long-lasting, clean results. The matt impregnation offers water-repellent protection and still gives the fabric a pleasantly flexible feel. This makes it easy to write on with a ballpoint or felt-tip pen without smudging. The rubber adhesive has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. At the same time, the fabric tape can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue. The adhesive tape is easy to unroll and although it is very tear-resistant along its length, it is very easy to tear off crosswise by hand. It is therefore ideal for use as labelling tape, as adhesive tape for bundling cables, for labelling lines, for marking danger zones or for permanent or temporary fastenings. It is resistant to temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 90 °C. The adhesive tape is easy to unroll and although it is very tear-resistant along its length, it is very easy to tear off crosswise by hand.
