3M Scotch-Weld 7240 B/A FR is a viscoplastic 2-component construction adhesive based on epoxy resin. The product with a long working time has flame-retardant properties, is halogen-free and is characterised by good shear and peel strength as well as its high temperature resistance. Scotch-Weld 7240 B/A FR has been developed for bonding metals such as steel, aluminium etc. as well as fibre composites such as SMC or Puldrudat etc.
