3M Scotch-Weld DP410 is a viscoplastic 2-component construction adhesive based on epoxy resin for the EPX system. The product with short processing time achieves very high peel strength, high shear strength and is characterised by good ageing properties. Scotch-Weld DP 410 was developed for bonding metals, plastics such as ABS, PA, PC, rigid PVC etc. as well as fibre composites.

The hand-held processing device for EPX was developed for processing 38 ml to 50 ml cartridges. With the EPX system, the adhesive is dispensed, mixed and applied to the materials to be bonded. The choice of mixing nozzle and feed piston depends on the adhesive. The manual application device enables mobile and independent bonding and also includes the 1:1 / 2:1 / 10:1 feed piston.
