3M Scotch-Weld DP420 is an impact-resistant 2-component epoxy-based construction adhesive. The product is characterised by good fatigue resistance. The use of DP 420 replaces mechanical connections such as screws, rivets, spot welds etc. Dosing - mixing - application in just one operation - for consistent and defined quality. High shear strength - Good peel strength - Good impact strength Hand strength after 30 minutes Bonding of metals, plastics such as ABS, PA, PC, rigid PVC etc. as well as fibre composites, ceramics, wood and glass 3M Scotch-Weld DP 420 meets the requirements of UL 94 HB

Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
