Dosing - mixing - application in just one operation - for consistent and defined quality. High shear strength - Good peel strength - Good impact strength Hand strength after 30 minutes Bonding of metals, plastics such as ABS, PA, PC, rigid PVC etc. as well as fibre composites, ceramics, wood and glass 3M Scotch-Weld DP420NS meets the requirements of UL 94 HB Possible applications Joint assembly Joining heavy loads Metal working and processing Bonding of fibre composites such as CFRP, GFRP etc. Processing time at room temperature 20 minutes with sufficient time for exact positioning of the parts to be joined Hand strength after 2 hours - Curing at room temperature after 24 hours Processing time at room temperature 20 minutes with sufficient time for exact positioning of the parts to be joined Available in cartridges and in drums Good impact resistance Good weather resistance Maximum strength under challenging conditions. Information about epoxy resin adhesives Epoxy resin-based construction adhesives achieve high tensile shear strengths of at least 10 MPa - even under difficult conditions. Epoxy resin adhesives are liquid reactive polymers that react chemically when mixed and harden into solid plastics. The chemical reaction takes place in the static mixer - both components are optimally mixed. The processing time now starts and the curing process begins.
