3M Scotch-Weld DP490 is a viscoplastic and thixotropic 2-component construction adhesive based on epoxy resin for the EPX system. The product with a very long working time (> 90 minutes) achieves very high peel strength, high shear strength and is characterised by its high temperature resistance. Scotch-Weld DP 490 was developed for bonding metals such as aluminium, steel and brass, plastics such as ABS, PA, PC, rigid PVC etc. and fibre composites.

Important: Mixing nozzle, feed piston and EPX hand applicator are not included with the adhesive. Please order these accessories separately.

P260A Do not breathe vapour.
P280D Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye/face protection.
P303 + P361 + P353A IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
P305+ P351 + P338 IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing.
P310 Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor.
P333+ P313 If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
