3M Scotch-Weld 1300L TF is a polychloroprene-based rubber adhesive with high initial strength and excellent temperature resistance. The product is reactivatable. Scotch-Weld 1300L TF is suitable for bonding natural and synthetic rubbers such as neoprene, regenerated rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butyl rubber to metals, wood and various plastics.
