3M Scotchcal Colour Film Series 50 has been specially developed for cutting on computer-controlled cutting plotters. Polymer calendered PVC film (60 µm), solvent-based adhesive (removable with heat). Functional life up to 7 years. Contour-following application, even in light beading. 58 glossy + 2 matt colours. Recommended transfer tape: IAT.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. The 3M 4515 protective suit is characterised by its special layer structure: Two thin layers of soft spunbond fleece are embedded in the thick polypropylene filter layers. The 3M conductive polyester fabric 2191FR is a polymer fibre coated with a copper-nickel alloy. The high flexibility of the fabric tape coated with acrylate adhesive enables optimum adaptation to moulded and structured surfaces. For example, it also adheres excellently to cable harnesses. With an electrical resistance of three milliohms, the 0.14 millimetre thick polymer fibre has very good conductivity and can also be used for earthing in addition to EMC applications.
