The 3M Secure Click HF800 / HF801 series half masks are designed to provide effective and comfortable protection against many common gases, vapours and particles in industrial environments in conjunction with the corresponding filter range. They are available in three sizes and are optionally equipped with a speech diaphragm (HF800SD / HF801SD) to facilitate communication during work. Low breathing resistance: Easier breathing and comfort thanks to the world's first 4-way airflow filter system. Two dual airflow filters on the respirator together form four airflow paths for easier breathing. Easy to use: The new 3M Secure Click series is characterised by a quick and easy filter connection. It works as simply as a safety belt. Simply align the filter in the connection piece provided and click it into place until you hear a click. Then you can be sure that the filters are connected correctly. The quick, easy, one-touch seal check helps to increase confidence in the secure seal of the mask. The optional speech diaphragm has been developed to facilitate communication during work. Comfort: The silicone face seal with patented, flexible nose profile is soft and offers a comfortable fit for the mask wearer. The head strap is easy to adjust and adapt. The exhalation valve helps to channel respiratory heat and moisture downwards. This half mask series is used together with 3M Secure Click filters from the D8000 (gas/vapour filter), D3000 (particle filter) and D7000 (particle insert filter) series against a wide range of gases, vapours and particles in accordance with EN approvals.

3M FT-30 Fit Test Fit Test Kit Fit Test Apparatus (bitter)

The 3M Fit Test FT30 is a control accessory for 3M half masks that can be used to carry out a taste test to check the fit of particle-filtering half masks and half masks with particle or combination filters. The test kit contains a bonnet with a cuff, which the test person wears without respiratory protection in the first round. The sweet-tasting sensitivity test solution is then sprayed into the bonnet using a nebuliser. The amount required for the test person to taste the solution when inhaling is the indicator for the test amount for the second run. Here, the test person wears the respiratory protection to be tested under the bonnet. After a few movement and breathing exercises that simulate realistic use of the mask, the fit test solution is sprayed into the bonnet. If the test person tastes nothing, the mask fits tightly and provides reliable protection. However, if the taste test is positive and this is also the case during a control run, the mask is unsuitable for the shape of the test person's face.
