Get a fast and even cut for numerous applications with the 3M Silver cutting disc. It cuts quickly through metal tubes, sleeves, flat sheets and other workpieces. The disc contains our precision grain, which has continuously sharp cutting edges, so it cuts through the material rather than scraping or ploughing through it like conventional abrasive grains. This results in a significantly longer service life than conventional abrasives with ceramic grit and a consistently stable high cutting rate over the service life. The disc must be used with an angle grinder or cut-off machine (available separately) and should always be used with a protective cover for safety reasons. The maximum speed of the disc must be greater than or equal to the maximum speed of the angle grinder.

In just three simple steps, you can replace a nozzle head on the corresponding 3M Accuspray gun and have a completely clean device in your hand in just 30 seconds. Together with the 3M PPS cup system, a material change is possible within a very short time and time-consuming cleaning of the filler gun is a thing of the past. So every application feels like using a brand new spray gun. Thanks to the optimised spray jet of the nozzle heads and the gun's modern HVLP technology, you achieve a smooth filler surface, an ideal layer thickness and significantly less spray mist during application. Your immediate benefit from this is a considerable reduction in the amount of work required, as the sanding time required in the subsequent process is minimised.
