They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.

The TYROLIT FAST CHANGE enables very quick disc changes thanks to the Velcro fastener. A unique strong paper backing combined with zirconium results in a very aggressive and durable product. Active coolants also ensure cool and clean grinding on the workpiece. Thanks to the thin 40 grit fibre backing and strong paper backing, the TFC is the ideal tool for removing smaller weld and spot weld seams.
