3M Tartan Filament Adhesive Tape 8954 is a longitudinally and cross-reinforced standard filament adhesive tape with a ScotchPro polypropylene film backing and a synthetic rubber adhesive. The glass fibre reinforcement in the longitudinal direction significantly increases the tear resistance of the tape. The tape is particularly suitable for bonding heavy cardboard packaging and as a securing and bundling tape. Once applied, the adhesive tape retains its functionality at all temperatures to which a package is normally exposed during transport and storage. It is ideal for hazardous goods transport packaging and is characterised by its high breaking load (1350 N / 100 mm) and elongation at break (10). The tape is also highly resistant to abrasion and moisture. Colour of the adhesive tape: transparent.

3M Hand dispenser H 180 / 50mm

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
