The 3M TC2707 Thermally Conductive Adhesive is a two-component epoxy adhesive filled with boron nitride (BN). It has good thermal conductivity and good adhesion to many surfaces, both smooth and rough. With the practical double cartridge and suitable mixing nozzles, the ideal mixing ratio is achieved. The adhesive can be applied directly from the cartridge using the applicator.
