Product information "3M Thermally conductive 2-component epoxy adhesive TC-2810, cream, 50 ml"

The 3M 2810 Thermally Conductive Adhesive is a two-component epoxy adhesive filled with boron nitride (BN). It has good thermal conductivity and good adhesion to many surfaces, both smooth and rough. The practical double cartridge and suitable mixing nozzles are used to mix exactly the ideal mixing ratio. The adhesive can be applied directly from the cartridge using the applicator.
