The 3M Transfer Adhesive Tape 468 MP from the 3M 200MP adhesive series is a film of pure acrylate adhesive that has good adhesive properties on high-energy surfaces and retains its transparency even after long periods of use. This makes the adhesive tape particularly suitable for applications where the clarity of the adhesive is important. Due to its relative thickness, it is well suited for bonding rough and textured surfaces. Its very high temperature and chemical resistance ensures long-lasting functionality even under extreme environmental conditions and therefore high process reliability. At the same time, the particularly climate-stable protective paper guarantees easy processing at all times.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. Make sure that the surfaces are completely dry before you start bonding. For further information, please refer to the safety data sheet, which we will be happy to send you on request to .
