3M Silicone Transfer Tape 91022 is the solution for bonding silicone substrates such as silicone foam and silicone rubber. It has good adhesive strength even on low-energy surfaces and has the advantage of a more consistent adhesive layer thickness compared to liquid silicone adhesives. The tape also has noise and vibration-reducing properties. Its high temperature and solvent resistance as well as its great flexibility and adaptability ensure long-lasting functionality, which is reflected in direct cost savings. At the same time, the protective cover on one side only reduces the amount of waste. "Not suitable for LED Strips, mouldings and strips."

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
