The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. 3M Scotchcast casting resin 9 is a brown two-component system consisting of epoxy resin and hardener. It is a cold-curing multi-purpose resin of medium viscosity that remains medium flexible after curing.
